The IntroActive Shift Program helps thoughtful, quiet, often-overlooked individuals like you move beyond anxiety, self-doubt, and overthinking — and step into a more confident, authentic version of yourself. One who speaks with thoughtful and humble confidence, builds deep, genuine connections, and lives in a way that feels true to who they are.

Each topic is explored through the lens of your personal goal — the deeper shift you're longing for — so everything we do leads back to what matters most to you.
You’ll uncover what’s holding you back — and gently begin to let it go.
By the end, you’ll likely:

How it works
8 weeks of structured, flexible, self-paced coaching program.
Each week includes:

Monday: a short voice or video note + journaling/reflection prompt

Wednesday: midweek support or mini-task

Friday: wrap-up reflection and grounding exercise
You’ll Need:

A smartphone, tablet or laptop with WhatsApp

~30 mins per session for reflection (you choose the time and place)

Willingness to be open, curious, and honest — at your own pace

What if I miss a week?
We have built-in "Stop and breathe week" to catch up. Life happens — the program flexes with you.
Is this private and secure?
Yes. All messages are encrypted and private via WhatsApp.

Can I pause or extend?
We plan the 8 weeks together for the best impact, but if life throws you a curveball, we’ll adjust together.
Do I need prior coaching experience?
Nope. Just a desire to grow and reflect.
What does it cost?
650 EUR for the full 8 weeks.
You can pay in full or in two parts.

After completing the program, you can stay in touch for ongoing support:
