I collect only the personal data necessary to provide coaching services, including:

Purpose and legal basis

I process personal data to:

• Provide and schedule coaching sessions

• Communicate with clients about coaching services

• Issue invoices and comply with Dutch fiscal obligations

• Improve my services (legitimate interest)

Where required, I rely on consent (e.g., for newsletter subscription) or contractual necessity (for sessions and payments) as the legal basis for processing personal data.

I do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• Financial and invoicing records: retained for 7 years, in accordance with Dutch law

• Session notes: retained securely and deleted within 1 year after the coaching relationship ends

• Contact form or email correspondence: retained for up to 1 year unless needed longer for ongoing coaching

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)

• Restrict processing of your data

• Object to the processing of your data
